GoogleHad the most pleasant experience with Hearnes Ferndown and buying our first property. Both Angie and Nikki were very helpful guiding us through the process and keeping us more in the loop than our solicitors could! They genuinely seem to care about their clients from start to end and we felt very taken care of. Communication was great, they always picked up the phone and always emailed by the end of the day even if it was just to say thank you for your email, please keep us updated. There is nothing I can fault them on. Thank you again to Angie Weeks for ensuring our first property purchase went as smoothly as it could.

GoogleMy sale and purchase were very difficult. The sale because my buyers were from abroad and did not really understand U.K. terminology etc. My purchase because the seller was living abroad! Also, I am in my 70’s and not really “with it” when buying or selling property. However, Hearnes personnel showed great patience and understanding. In the end they sorted everything out for me and at all times kept me well informed. Many thanks to all involved.

GoogleAfter a stressful experience with a different agent we turned to lynda at Hearnes and I can't fault them. We felt Michelle and Michael were wanting the sale for us as much as we were, they found us a genuine buyer that loved our house and appreciated the work we had put into it. After agreeing the sale it was luckily smooth sailing. If we ever need to sell in the future - although hoping not for a long time - I wouldn't hesitate to contact hearnes or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

GoogleI have recently used Hearnes Ferndown for the sale of my parents bungalow. I would highly recommend them. Right from the initial meeting with Alec, to put it on the market through to the sale, every member of staff we have dealt with has been kind and courteous. Angie Weeks dealt with the sales progression through to completion and was great in keeping us informed every step of the way, she answered all our questions and if she couldn’t there and then, she found out and got back to us, I can’t fault her diligence and it was very reassuring at a very stressful time to have her to call on whenever we needed to. GoogleThe Team at Hearnes Ferndown have been fantastic! We were a buyer of a property they had listed and they were brilliant through the whole process. Bruno did an amazing first viewing of the property for us answered all the questions we had about the property and was very informative of the property and the buying process as this was our first time buy. Angie has been incredible keeping us informed throughout the whole process and created great communication between myself and the seller and very much helped us get to that earlier completion date. When the time comes in the future to sell my home I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hearnes Ferndown.
