Recently purchased a home via Hearnes Estate Agents in Ferndown. A good experience; the purchase, as others have been, was very stressful with lawyers and the chain ! A big shoutout to Fiona Kinsman at Hearnes, who was the sales progressor, the person in the back office who makes the deals happen, behind the scenes, making the phone calls, writing the emails to all the solicitors and persons in the chain, that keeps deals together. Brilliant! Without a professional pushing and keeping the various parties talking , communicating, and cajoling, sales and purchases often fail. A much-overlooked role and an important part of choosing a good agency to buy or sell through. Thank you.

My experience with Hearnes has been fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were always on time for all viewings, ensuring they gave us a phone call within an hour of the viewing to provide personal feedback. Once again the iconic team at Hearnes Bournemouth have pulled together and sold our property.
