GoogleDecided to disengage with Hearnes as our Estate Agents after months of poor performance, lack of communication and failure to deliver on promised objectives. On the same day we did this, they cancelled our viewing on another property despite having emailed us only two days before inviting us to see the property. Bad service, bad attitude, this agency is seemingly run by a group of petulent teenagers.

GoogleInitially, all appeared well. However, after the TSB bank bank technical crash, the attitude towards us changed. We were led on to believe all was well. The lack of patience led to a contract race being started. We lost the chosen Property. On attempts to look for new property in the area, no calls were returned. Fortunately, we have found and moved into a much more livable property in the same area. I will not use Hearnes in the future.

It was an unfortunate situation that this buyer’s mortgage offer was refused after some 6 or 7weeks so we were asked to remarket the property by the owner. Rather than just sell it to another buyer and withdraw, they left the contract out to give them an opportunity to exchange contracts still. Unfortunately for them the new buyer exchanged more quickly but they were given months to buy it. We were only following instructions from the seller but sometimes things just don’t work out. We worked very hard for these applicants to buy it. I’m very sorry you felt this way.

GoogleGreat estate agents though we werent selling through Hearnes their service was fantastic. Sarah Coley who we dealt with first was the main reason we fell in love with our house. Then dealing with Emma Smith after was also fantastic a true asset to the Hearnes Team.

GoogleEven 1 star is too generous. Stay away. they continuously lie, don't know things but manage to speak up once caught out, when we already knew the information from somewhere else. Horrible company, no wonder estate agents get a bad reputation. Their work ethics are totally wrong and if I wanted to waste anymore time with them, I would take it much further.

GoogleVery happy with our experience of using Hearnes Estate Agents to buy our property in Ferndown. Hearnes are an independent estate agent and so did not try and sell us any in-house conveyancing service like the larger estate agent chains. I spoke with the manager who explained he was more interested in selling houses than financial products. He was very open an pragmatic when it came to liaising with the vendor to negotiate an acceptable offer price. I would happily use Hearnes Estate Agents again to buy or sell a property.
