GoogleWe have just exchanged and are now getting ready to move and we can't thank the whole Hearnes team enough. We've had to manage a sale through the Brexit slow down and a very complex chain to get to contacts exchanged and through out we found the team to have that great mix of being very professional and extremely approachable to discuss and work things through to a sensible and best possible outcome They achieved a really good number of appropriate viewings and helped enormously in the negotiations. Where most agents stop at that point, the Hearnes team step up a gear helping to manage, chase and protect the whole chain. Ours chain was very fragile and we are certain that it was only due to the work of Hearnes that saw it across the line. How much can you value that type of support support which significanty reduces stress and anxiety through the whole process. On top of all that, they are a really nice team to work with providing the level of communication that you want and quickly earning our trust. We highly recommend them to you.

GoogleMatthew Hillier was fantastic. I asked to view two properties more than one time, one of them for a third! Never was i made to feel bad for this although it was probably a bit of a nuisance. Answered all my questions efficiently and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns i had.Would highly recommend !

GoogleAs a first time buyer I found Jasmina and James very helpful throughout the buying process. Jasmina was very approachable and warm at the initial viewings which made the process less stressful. I did have a delay caused by my solicitors but James continued to chase them and was tremendously helpful in expediting that process. Hearnes were easily contacted and answered any of my questions. I found the staff there very kind and welcoming and would use again.

GoogleI have only praise for everyone at Hearnes. I recently had to sell my home of 35 years and I was reccommended to use Hearnes by my solicitor. They were unfailingly pleasant, helpful and encouraging. It was not an easy sale but their enthusiasm never flagged and it was accomplished in the end. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them to anyone. Thank-you to all of their lovely staff.

GoogleThe quality and care of service that Lynda, Lyndon and their team provide is outstanding. I was never made to feel like just another customer and the commitment and communication, shown particularly by Andrea, cannot be underestimated. In what can be a tricky journey, I felt I had a team behind me the whole way and can't thank them enough for their supportive and caring approach. A 5 star service all round.

GoogleHaving just sold a property with Hearnes, I cannot fault their amazing service. A breath of fresh air to find an estate agent who has kept me informed on every aspect of the sale. A huge thank you to Andrea and Lyndon for their professional expert advice in a very complicated negotiation. Both Andrea and Lyndon were extremely helpful and solved all issues with ease. I would thoroughly recommend Hearnes without any hesitation.

GoogleFinally got there! I found a property already under offer and asked to be contacted if the purchase fell through. Thankfully Lyn remembered me and called two weeks later as unfortunately the buyer was not able to progress. A challenging purchase as it was an executor sale on a property requiring significant work. Emma really helped with the negotiation and brokered meetings with the sellers solicitors which helped. It seemed slow progress but Emma kept me informed and worked with my mortgage broker. She worked with my solicitor to complete the purchase. Thank you. Now the work really begins on a property I hope to turn into a lovely home..... eventually.

GoogleAs many others have said, Hearnes (Poole) have been fantastic right from the very first phone call. We knew we were in safe hands straight away. They swiftly took amazing photos and created a great written summary of our property - both perfectly highlighting the key features. The marketing was in depth and top class, much more than just plonking it on Rightmove. The sales team were highly professional and motivated, whilst always very friendly and eager to help. The office team dealt with all incoming/outgoing information and messages smoothly and efficiently, once again whilst being friendly and helpful. Great stuff, pleasure to deal with and highly recommend.

They have been helpful and professional, keeping in touch throughout the whole process, guiding and supporting when needed. We hope this is the last move for us after many experiences of buying and selling. We saved the best 'til last! My husbands verdict "First class". Emma kept us up to date and kept doing her part to get the sale through as quick as we could by helping us chase our useless solicitors as well as the sellers wonderful solicitors.
