GoogleOffer accepted then reneged upon next day after they rang around others interested to get better deal. From Facebook looks like they do this as a practice which is pretty shabby practice in my opinion. Another buyer had same experience according to Facebook. Very disappointed

GoogleI am an estate agent working for another agency and was lucky to have Hearnes Estate Agents working in a complex chain which I was also involved in. My main point of contact was their sales progressor Becky who deserves a massive praise as she was very proactive throughout and kept everyone up to date. I would highly recommend Becky because she was a delight to work with and pushed this through so we could get this exchange done!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleFinally got there! I found a property already under offer and asked to be contacted if the purchase fell through. Thankfully Lyn remembered me and called two weeks later as unfortunately the buyer was not able to progress. A challenging purchase as it was an executor sale on a property requiring significant work. Emma really helped with the negotiation and brokered meetings with the sellers solicitors which helped. It seemed slow progress but Emma kept me informed and worked with my mortgage broker. She worked with my solicitor to complete the purchase. Thank you. Now the work really begins on a property I hope to turn into a lovely home..... eventually.

GoogleThe staff have been amazing and the service excellent throughout. I really have felt supported and if it was not Hearns; I don’t think I would have this amazing flat, 5 minutes from the sea. They helped me move on from the previous property and recommended me this property which I was not sure of initially whilst the staff really navigated me through the last few days with this epidemic and the complications that brought up. He was polite, concise and understanding of my situation. Within an hour I had an email with the valuation letter attached.What more can you ask for? From star to finish the process was really smooth and the team did an excellent job in keeping us updated with everything throughout the process. Even through the tough period we have been going through the team remained professional and committed to helping us secure our forever home. Special mention must go to Emma who has been amazing for us, she was also at the end of the phone to help us and give us advise and no matter what time of the day she would come back to us with details updates on our enquires. She was an absolute star. We appreciate all the hard work that was put in by the team, they were professional, committed and super super friendly and removed the stress and worry involved in the process of buying a home stress free.
