GoogleFrom buying and selling previously it’s always been nightmare with other agents and solicitors. However using Hearnes for the first time purchasing a property has been smooth process so far. The sale nearly fell through but Emma Smith saved the day and was back on within hour. We have now exchange and due to compete in next month. Thanks Emma and team.

GoogleIf only all estate agents were like Hearnes in Poole. Lynda found us a wonderful house, and Emma adeptly saw the process through to completion. Proactive and professional throughout. We would recommend Hearnes to anyone looking for a property in the Poole area.

GoogleWe have looked for our fist house for over 1 year, and we meet different Estate Agents, but none was as professional, friendly and helpful as Emma and Michael were! they are great! Above our expectation! I would definitely recommend them, and we would definitely contact them if we want to sell! They are the best team ever, and I am not easy to please.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Thanks Hamaseh! I’m not easy to please either so it’s lovely to hear that you’ve had great experience above your expectation levels from Emma and Michael. Hope you love your new home!

GoogleFrom the first visit to view the property in Poole I would like to record that since then every contact made with Hearnes has been very friendly and positive. This would have been in person at the property with either Tara or Louise or on any number of phone calls to the office with Emma, Elizabeth, Lin or Laura. Great team! Thank you all

GoogleOur whole experience was fantastic. Emma went above and beyond to help us with both our sale and purchase, and ensure a smooth and efficient process. Everyone was friendly and professional. Could not recommend them enough.

GoogleWhen I bought my first house back in January 2021 Hearnes was amazing and so supportive. The process was made so smooth and stress free because they were so organised and on the ball with the process. I would never use another estate agents and I look forward to using them again when I buy my next property!

GoogleLaura was brilliant in helping me and my partner buy our first house! She explained everything in a way even i could understand, as well as being professional, and made a very ‘stressful’ experience, not so. Would recommend anyone to move house with Hearnes

GoogleI’ve been through a lovely experience, using Hearnes estate agents. The team , Sarah, Laura and Michael were professional, passionate. Making the process a lot more easier. I admire them when I needed their advice in any matter that I was concerned with. Thank you, for making my dream come that bit closer.

GoogleAll the staff at Hearnes did their best for our house to be sold quickly despite the fact that we put the house on the market when the interest rates rocketed! They communicated regularly, organised a lot of visits, gave good feedback and sold the house in a month. They were very supportive during the conveyancing and pushed the solicitors for us to complete when we wanted. I don't think it would have happened without Laura's intervention. Linda, the owner, was also involved and phoned us to congratulate us when we completed which was lovely. I felt that we had become friends. My husband lost his dad whilst the process was going through and Linda sent us a lovely bunch of flowers. The experience was amazing and I would recommend Hearnes 100% to anybody.

GoogleExcellent agents in Wimborne, highly recommend to anyone selling.I have just completed a purchase on a property sold by them. Complications arose when seller died and we had to wait for probate. Jeremy was very helpful in liasing with the seller's executor.

GoogleMy partner and I have just exchanged on our first home together. Hearnes made the process seamless and easy. Angie who transitioned the whole sale was very easy to speak with and always on hand if I had any questions. A very easy transaction and completed on our home in 5 weeks! Highly recommended!

GoogleHaving just completed the sale on our property, I have to say that through this whole process & dealing with the housing market in this volatile market, Hearnes at Ringwood, have been absolutely incredible! We dealt with numerous agents and none of them even came close to offering the service that Hearnes did. We simply would not use anyone else. Sam & Jason were brilliant. Sam went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the chain was sorted and taken care of. Thank you so much for such a great experience! We were actually quite overwhelmed but the level of service. All the best
