Really couldn't have asked for more from Hawes and Co and specifically Liana. We purchased a property through them and despite a lengthy and challenging process, Liana kept us updated at all times and was always proactive in taking any actions she could to move things along. We were really grateful for her professionalism and support.

The Surbiton office, in particular Liana and Sarah, have professionally guided us through sale and exchange of our property. From the valuation through to viewings they have been exceptional by keeping us up to date on a regular basis and have given helpful advice. A buyer was secured extremely quickly for our property and they have been open and friendly, responding and answering our many queries promptly. We highly recommend the service offered by Hawes and Co Surbiton to ensure as stress free a move as possible.

Recently sold our flat through H&C after switching from another competitor. Was really impressed with Sarah’s tenacity to source a buyer but also help ourselves through the sale process. If you want someone whose going to give you the best service and go the extra mile, highly recommend

We had an outstanding service from Sarah and Richard at Hawes, especially when we lost our original buyer, and they found us another one. Thanks so much to all the team for their great work, and particularly to Richard for his dogged persistence at the end! We got there! Highly recommended.

Sarah and the team at Hawes & Co. have been fantastic help guiding us through the purchase of our new home. They were always on hand to explain and offer guidance at numerous stages during our purchase and helpful in communicating between all parties. We have since used them to manage the rental a further property and as first time landlords they were very helpful in explaining terminology, recommending works that would increase the rent and securing us a good tenant. We would happily use them again in the future should we need and highly recommend them.

I have recently rented a property from Hawes & Co in Surbition. The team was quite helpful and very patient, especially Rosie and Sarah Cornish. They responded to all my questions very quickly, no hidden fees, all necessary paperwork was online so i only had to travel in once for identity verification after viewing the rental property

I can thoroughly recommend Hawes and Co of Surbiton. We all know it is a highly stressful business buying a home and Hawes and Co were excellent in guiding me through every step of the process. They even offered to help me with the paperwork and the use of their printer because I was in temporary accommodation at the time. A big thank you to Sarah, Richard, Leanne and the Team at the Surbiton branch for a job well done.

We dealt with Hawes and specifically Liana when we purchased our property a few years ago. Following the excellent service from them as buyers, we did not consider using any other agents when we decided to sell our property. Liana and the team were all very professional from the outset, keeping us informed of the process throughout. We would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

A refreshing experience. We all know the property market is crazy at the moment. However Sara Cornish and the lettings team in Surbiton were absolutely brilliant. Flexible viewings, minimal stress and quick answers from the landlord all orchestrated by Sara. I’m now in a lovely premium flat at a reasonable price. Oh she didn’t try to rinse me on the rent either! A good deal. Would definitely use again.
