Damian was brilliant throughout the process. He kept me consistently informed and was always calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused, even when things became complex. There were quite a few moving parts, but he handled everything with professionalism and reassurance.
He was also excellent at liaising with the buyer and across the chain, which made a real difference in keeping things on track and ultimately ensuring we reached exchange.
