GoogleWe’ve had a great experience with Damian so far during our mortgage application. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to our questions, making the whole process much less stressful. Although our purchase hasn’t completed yet, we’re already very pleased with the service we’ve received. In a particularly tricky market Stephen & Miles guided me from initial pricing marketing to sales progression to completion. Professional throughout. I particularly valued their experience in the area. Would recommend instructing them solely.

His knowledge of the development was very helpful. He also engaged with the tenant in a customer care mannner which faciliated our arrangements to go ahead smoothly. Like all Hawes staff I've met, Ben exhibited high standards of professionalism, sound experiece of the local market and empathetic understanding of my specific search criteria for my 'forever home' purchase. GoogleRAYNES PARK. Damian was so efficient throughout the whole process of buying a property. Communication was excellent, with regular updates. I didn't have to chase for anything and felt highly supported. Damian was always willing to answer questions and provide guidance, he definitely made the experience much smoother and manageable. GoogleLetting Agent Dosnt like Cats. Apprasil 11/06/26 12pm for letting i recived no email confirming appointment so couldnt send entry code tried sms but didnt accept response. 2 agents turned up not one as previously informed the flat is small and i have a cat the female agent said she dosnt like cats the percentage of london homes with a cat is 44% maybee she should check in advance if homeowner has a cat then either partys can decide if they want to proceed. Explained i only wanted one agent to come in they look peturbed by this. Female agent came in other agent said can I poke my head around allegedy he was training I hope his peek into my bedroom will help with his training in the new career of flat letting. Due to poor communication which is important when letting a property unfortunately I wont be using their services.

GoogleStuart was very helpful to organise. We also had to change our time last minute on a Saturday and everyone was very accommodating. Olivia was great at showing us around and very helpful in answering all our questions during the viewing. Houses also looked like they did in the pictures!! Thanks everyone!

They handled every issue, however complex, with great expertise and care. Their strong market knowledge, combined with genuine empathy and understanding, made a real difference. GoogleCould not commend Thanzil at Hawes and Co enough. He was warm and professional and made us feel so at ease throughout the process. We haven't rented for a few years now but Thanzil was so reassuring, he explained the process clearly and we felt much more comfortable as a result. He proactively rang me any time a property that suited us became available and kept regular contact. We met for a house viewing and Thanzil was kind and patient, answered all questions and followed up after the viewing too. Highly recommend and thank so much Thanzil for being so lovely :)
