GoogleWe went through Hawes & Co Wimbledon Village to find our rental property. The lovely Chris helped us throughout the process. He was really responsive over WhatsApp and accommodating when booking in viewing times. On the viewings he helped us to visualise the potential, measure walls and answered all of our questions. He was extremely patient and never rushed us. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Hawes & Co and will definitely use them in the future when the time comes again to move. Thanks Chris!

GoogleHad the pleasure of working with Harry and Chris from Hawes & Co. They were both extremely helpful and proactive in getting a virtual viewing secured for me since I currently live abroad and helped with my application. In the end, securing me the rental property I wanted! They were both extremely reactive on whatsapp & email and I never had to wait for a response from either of them. All steps of the process were well explained in advanced, meaning nothing was a surprise for me which is what you want while trying to rent a property. Super grateful for both their help!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Hawes & Co in Wimbledon Village as buyers of a property. From the initial viewing right through to having our offer accepted, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They continued to be extremely helpful throughout the entire process all the way to completion, always keeping us informed and on track. Stephen Ashby was our main point of contact and was excellent, but the whole team was great. We felt more supported by Hawes & Co team than by our solicitors at times. Highly recommended.

GoogleDamian, along with Ollie and the rest of the team, were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was consistently excellent, they were always available, proactive, and very clear about what was happening and what to expect next. They handled a long and at times complex process with professionalism and consistency, keeping everything moving forward and well coordinated. Their experience really showed, particularly towards the end of the transaction, and it was clear they knew how to manage all parties effectively to reach a successful outcome. Thanzil Uddin supported us and referred us to the right colleagues throughout the process.
