I had a pleasure of working with Ben to buy my first property. Ben was always very helpful and supportive, responded to the messages immediately and was always there when I needed any advice and help. Buying a property is a stressfull experience, but with Ben it was much easier and smoother. I definitely recommend Hawes & Co if you are buying a property. All the best! Justyna

The entire process took longer than expected. However Damian Anderson kept us fully informed us at every step - not just a round up, but also provided us with the background and advised us on what our next steps should be. Highly endorse Damian’ help and hard work in get the sale over the line.

I have recently sold a property in Wimbledon with the help of the team in the Wimbledon Village office. Stephen Ashby was my principal contact during the marketing and sales process. Throughout, he and his colleagues were simply terrific. From the outset communication was great and if he was not immediately available, Malcolm and other directors were on hand to guide and meet prospective buyers. They heavily marketed the property for me and we received a large number of viewings which really helped secure a good sale value. Although, we were in the middle of an "unusual" market at the moment - the team secured the best that I could have hoped - Thank you Stephen and the Village Team. I would highly recommend.

Wimbledon Village. Malcolm & Stephen are so professional. They kept me updated at all times during the process of selling my Mother’s house. They went above & beyond obtaining so much information to help me through what was a complicated process. As an Executor, their expertise & assistance made my task a lot less stressful than it would otherwise have been. Nothing was too much trouble & I’m extremely thankful to them. Miles & Alexander, as well as other members of staff were also very helpful.,

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We recently worked with Hawes&Co for both selling and buying and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chloe Parchment who was our main contact was highly professional, always approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was seamless - she was consistently contactable and got back to us instantly answering questions and keeping us updated at every stage. Thanks to Chloe, we found a lovely family home that perfectly suits our needs. We would also like to thank Paul for his support and expertise. We would highly recommend Hawes&Co to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

This was our first time renting out a property, and from start to finish Hawes & Co have been absolutely wonderful. We originally planned to sell, but the manager and his whole team were so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable that we instantly felt confident they were the right people to handle our rental. They wasted no time at all in getting everything organised, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would definitely recommend Hawes & Co to anyone looking to rent or sell their property.

We have just completed on a flat marketed through Hawes & Co. It was a long chain and Ben’s support was invaluable in helping us get over the line. We viewed a few properties in the area and had a great experience every time we viewed with H&C. Thanks to both Ben and John.

Damian came to see my flat and got me not just 1, but 5 buyers, in a very short time. WIMBLEDON VILLAGE. Stephen & Malcolm are so professional. They always kept us up to date. They went above & beyond obtaining so much information to help me. As an executor of my Mother's Estate, they made my task so much easier. It would have been a far more stressful time if it weren't for their expertise and assistance. Very approachable & nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm extremely thankful to them. Miles & Alexander, among others, were also very helpful.
