Julia has gone above and beyond to help us finally secure our dream home. We’ve had the most stressful past few months with a rollercoaster of emotions and can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are now without all Julia’s help. After our first purchase on The Grange fell through at Christmas we thought our dream was over but Julia came to our rescue and did all she could to help to secure us another property on The Grange. Every time we rang Julia nothing was ever too much trouble even when it was supposed to be her day off. She treat us like family (especially our 2 sons). Julia really is an amazing lady with a heart of gold and such an asset to Harron Homes.

Great people to do business with. Very helpful, kept us informed all through the purchase process. The house is finished to a high standard.Only comment I would make is that the patio to the rear french windows and the small path to the rear door are neither use nor ornament. Also the lack of a door to the side of the garage is a real frustration. Apart from that all good.

We popped in to the Part Exchange event at the Shipley Lakeside development in Derbyshire and we were greeted by the sales team Amanda and Charlotte, who were very accommodating and happy to help. They introduced us to Niki, their Part Ex Manager who understood our situation and was very helpful. The valuations of our current property were organised very efficiently and Niki got back to us in no time with an offer we were very happy to accept. Charlotte and Amanda again were so helpful and lovely at our reservation appointment this weekend, informing us all we needed to know about the plot with no pressure at all. The whole team have been fantastic, it's rare to meet a sales team that is so genuinely interested in the needs of the customer. It's made the whole buying process feel stress free so far and would recommend them to people wanting to buy a new home. We can't wait to move into our home this summer!

Many of the good reviews are from people who are yet to move into their homes...we owned our home for 3 years, it was never water tight, flooded every time it rained...caused so much stress and health issues. I would not have a harron home given! Best thing we ever did was selling up! Warranty with the LABC isn't worth the paper it's written on. Do proper homework on this company before buying ...do not put yourself through the stress!The team wish to assist me now I have sold my home!!! A shame they didn't want to assist me when a wall feel down, yes a wall!!! Or when water repeatedly pissed through the roof for the whole time I owned the house...as with all the jedburgh houses... stop building houses....you cannot seem to be able to do it!!

Her knowledge and professional attitude is much appreciated. To date all the staff we have met have been very pleasant and accommodating. The house we have chosen is the Salcombe V1 which is quite different to most styles of new homes. It has a high end specification which will well meet our needs.

Salcombe VO - Far grange Meadows - We have not had the very best experience with Harron Homes since we purchased the property , issues and issues were arising, but finally have got things sorted almost, since we moved in last month & met Simon Giles the Site Manager who has taken care and full responsibility to get things done for us & I can say he has done a very good job , we feel much better and appreciate his effort and help, it now feels someone is understanding and listening to us properly . Simon took a step from day one when we spoke to him and discussed our concerns, it’s just been over a week and we can see such a difference , we feel he understands and takes his job over and beyond for his customers & For this we would give Simon 5* , but Harron homes 4* as we didn’t feel that from anyone else. Thankyou so much Simon. Also would like to add - Nicola and Sharon - (sales ) did amazing job, kept us updated and took responsibility. 5*
