Great service and communication. My queries were dealt with quickly and you can see the office works as a team. They are all friendly and had great knowledge of the area and the market. Their negotiation skills were amazing and I knew they were looking after my best interest without affecting the other party. Jim did some amazing work ensuring we completed even working on his days off. I recommend this estate agent 100%

Harris+Wood Estate Agents Colchester

We have recently sold our house with Harris+Wood Colchester, and simply cannot fault them. Excellent marketing strategy, superb photographs, regular communication, and outstanding customer service. The whole team at H+W Colchester were great, but Branch Partner Elliott Watson, and Customer Relations Manager Marcus Jarman, deserve special mention. They were both excellent in how they managed our property sale, and provided first class advice on dealing with certain challenging issues that presented themselves along the way. Marcus really went the extra mile to assist us and was the consummate professional in how he conducted himself. He was a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the company. The whole experience was first class, and I highly recommend H+W to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

The team was really helpful on our first house purchase. Naomi was excellent in conveying information and continuosly updating us of any outstanding documents and chasing our solicitors when needed. Really well done!

Everything about this company has worked. The initial meeting we had with the director about putting the house on the market was an honest and fair discussion. Then, when the house went on the market Laura was fantastic at arranging these around us and constantly kept us in the loop. Once we sold we moved onto the sales progression team. Our sale became extremely challenging due to multiple factors out of everyone's control however with Emily W, Emily P and Lisa they kept us as calm as they could and updated us any time we needed an update, then when deadlines were being reached they worked tirelessly to ensure we exchanged. These three are a particular credit to Harris + Wood and I would thoroughly recommend using this company for any future sales.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Hi Holly, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback about Steve and all of the team! We are over the moon the property has finally exchanged and whilst it is frustrating that the transaction was challenging, we're so glad that the sales progression team were able to offer the support and tenacity needed to push this across the line for you. We all wish you the best of luck in your new home. All the best, Steve, Jim, Laura, Lily, Marc, Em, Emily and Lisa.

I WAS RECOMMENDED THAT I TRY THIS NEW TO WITHAM PROPERTY AGENCY HARRIS +WOOD AND SO FAR I HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED. HAD TWO AGENTS COME AND DO A VALUATION. NO HARD SELL LIKE SOME COMPANYS. LIKE TELLING YOU HOW GOOD THAY ARE .(THAT DONT SELL YOUR HOUSE) EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY HOW THINGS WORK .AS BEEN 20 YEARS SINCE I HAVE BEEN IN THIS POSITION. SOLD MY HOUSE IN A WEEK. AT A GREAT PRICE. ALWAYS KEEPING ME INFORMED OF EVERYTHING EVEN TELLING ME WE CAN SLOW THINGS DOWN IF MOVING TO FAST AS I RECENTLY LOST MY HUSBAND. THE SUPPORT HAS BEEN AMAZING. KNOW THERE IS STILL A LONG WAY TO GO . BUT I AM SURE STEVE RICHARDSON JIM KNIGHT AND ALL THE TEAM WILL GET THE JOB DONE . GIVE THEM A TRY. DEFINITELY 5 STARS FOR THIS COMPANY.
