GoogleStephen and team have been brilliant across the process thus far. From the initial meeting, to James doing a fab job with the photos (and even befriending the cats!), it's been a really smooth process with 10/10 communication. Highly recommend Stephen - our house was photographed and on the market within hours, 3 viewings lined up within 2 days and two offers - all within a week

GoogleBeen looking for the right house for months and done plenty of viewings and 100s of phone calls I called and spoke to Alfie Coldron he booked me in, asked what I was looking for and actually only send me Houses that suited me. Few days after now we have found a house through them and have had our offer accepted. This company have been perfect, truly thank you to the team

GoogleThe overall service provided by Paul and his team when selling my property was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and determined to get me the right buyer. Big thanks also to Naomi for keeping the process moving and liaising between me, the buyers and the solicitors. I’d absolutely recommend the Chesterwell team if you’re looking to sell your home in the north Colchester area.
