Google2 words. Jim Knight!! What a legend. Jim went above and beyond from the first time I called to put a viewing on my NOW property ☺️. Nothing was ever too much for Jim, always checking in and chasing my solicitors as well as keeping an eye on the chain. He really made me feel calm throughout my first time buying experience and even gave me some tips on the process as it went along, as to be honest I didn’t understand it most of the time. GoogleAbsolutely amazing Estate Agents, literally the best out there. I would 100 million percent recommend Harris + Wood to family, friends, everyone! From start to finish we were guided, made to feel at ease and helped every step of the way. We gave Harris + Wood a mammoth task of selling two neighbouring properties that had to complete at exactly the same time and we needed to find two seperate buyers ideally within six weeks! From Steve's first initial visit to our homes when he said they will certainly do their very best to get this done for us to Connor sorting the contracts between us and Harris + Wood to Tom coming round to our properties for many veiwings with potential buyers and Matty negotiating and agreeing both sales, (which was achieved within the 6 weeks) Both properties were then passed onto our sales progressor Kiah. Well what can I say about Kiah, she is brilliant at her job she is kind, caring and professional and takes on all the stresses and strains that would normally fall to us as the sellers and she pushed through both sales to complete on the same day! We wouldn't have been able to do this without her. Every single member of staff who helped us through this process at Harris + Wood are an absolute credit to the company and we would like to say a massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you. Then, when the house went on the market Laura was fantastic at arranging these around us and constantly kept us in the loop.
Once we sold we moved onto the sales progression team. Our sale became extremely challenging due to multiple factors out of everyone's control however with Emily W, Emily P and Lisa they kept us as calm as they could and updated us any time we needed an update, then when deadlines were being reached they worked tirelessly to ensure we exchanged.
