Bad experience

Hi, Its very strange that such agency has such a good review. I would not recommend this agency and there are various reasons. One they are rude to their customers and care only about incomes they get from you. Second they pretend to be nice until its worthy to get anything from you. Thirdly, they cause stress and dont take responsibilities to their customers, they just want you to rent from them and pay rent, and leave them alone for anything. And lastly, they dont behave in professional manner and as in previous review mentioned, i would mention Rachel as well. She is the queen of everything written above.

Great service and communication. My queries were dealt with quickly and you can see the office works as a team. They are all friendly and had great knowledge of the area and the market. Their negotiation skills were amazing and I knew they were looking after my best interest without affecting the other party. Jim did some amazing work ensuring we completed even working on his days off. I recommend this estate agent 100%

Arranged a viewing on a property for Saturday morning and Laura kindly moved her diary around to accommodate the time I could do. The property I viewed was lovely. Whilst at the property, Laura informed me of an alternate property just coming available. I suggested I drive round to see the area before arranging to view. I did so and text Laura to ask to view, who managed to fit me in that lunchtime. The house was perfect for what I was looking for and have since secured a deal. Fantastic customer service. Harris Wood sets the standards other Estate Agents should seek to aspire to. I switched to Harris Wood after a negative experience with another Estate Agent in Witham who failed to sell my property or on many occasions even bother to screen prospective buyers which meant many of the people who viewed my property were just time wasters who were just "window shopping" and not in a position to purchase. From the very word go the difference in service & professionalism was immense which resulted in Harris Wood selling my property in 5 weeks compared with nearly 5 months with the previous estate agent. We went multiagency and these guys blew the 'competition' out of the water; they're 'active' rather than 'reactive' agents who actively seek out buyers rather than just wait for the phone to ring after posting some pretty pictures on Rightmove. Jim & Steve have a fantastic team that work for them and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone there.
