After some thorough research on local estate agents I came across Harris +Wood. New estate agents to Witham so I thought I'd give them a call. Excellent service from the off with a very competitive rate. The team were great and my property sold instantly at my chosen value. I was exceptionally pleased. Their communication has been frequent, clear and professional. Always available for questions. I would highly recommend them as your choosen agent.

Amazing! After just one day on the market, Steve showed round some prospective buyers and within one hour of them leaving, they put in an offer, which I accepted. His team, including Jim and Naomi, have been great at keeping me up to date with any news, making the whole thing a very easy process. Thanks Harris + Wood: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone who's looking for an Estate Agent, whether buying or selling a property.
