Harris Wood Colchester reviews

H+W Sold my home for me. Turned into quite a stressful event involving original developers/management companies that took 7-8 months through no fault of H+W. In fact, without the relentless help of Sophie in their progressing team I'm not sure we would've made it through to completion, so glad I went with a proper agent, worth every penny. I'd like to thank Sophie and the team for their work getting us moved, can't recommend them enough.

Sophie and the team were amazing throughout - we had a particularly long process for reasons outside our control but the team were always on hand to support and guide us through the journey keeping us updated and giving advice. Can’t thank them enough 👏 …

I had an excellent experience working with Harris + Wood Chesterwell during the process of exchanging contracts on the property I was pursuing. The team was consistently proactive, responsive, and highly supportive throughout what can often be a stressful stage of the transaction. They kept matters moving efficiently, communicated clearly at every step, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to seeing the deal through to completion. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me confidence during critical decision points. I would not hesitate to recommend Harris + Wood Chesterwell to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property agent, and I would happily work with them again in the future.

An excellent service provided to me by an absolute credit to her company - kiah minns. I'm pretty sure she has gone above and beyond her duties to keep me and the seller happy which cannot be easy. I wouldn't think twice about using this company again and I'll be asking for her and recommending her to anyone who's buying or selling properties. A bottle of wine will be heading in kiahs direction when the completion date of my new flat is finalised

Liars!

Liars!! These clowns left me and my partner and 2 dogs homeless because of their lies.. we signed contracts last Friday ready to collect the keys, told me the landlord have confirmed this moving in date (to which I have this in writing on WhatsApp from Kane) turns out, the land lord had no idea of this what so ever and he was told we were moving in in mid June… the lies didn’t stop there… I have every bit of evidence time lined and thankfully are in contact with the landlord who was also lied to several times.

Recently moved into my first rental with my partner. Megan has been an absolute star from start to finish, helping with my many anxiety fueled questions and kept us up to date every step of the way. Had an issue with the boiler before we moved and she called us as soon as they knew to let us know it was reported and in process of being fixed. Spoken to a couple others in the office on move in day who were really friendly

The words… ‘Moving house is one of the most stressful times in your life!’ Couldn’t be more true. However ours seemed to be an absolute nightmare, however, Naomi was absolutely amazing throughout our entire house move. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made the process little more stress-free and ‘enjoyable’. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful for all her hard work. Highly recommend Naomi to anyone looking for exceptional service! Thank you so very much!

Harris+Wood Estate Agents Colchester

We have recently sold our house with Harris+Wood Colchester, and simply cannot fault them. Excellent marketing strategy, superb photographs, regular communication, and outstanding customer service. The whole team at H+W Colchester were great, but Branch Partner Elliott Watson, and Customer Relations Manager Marcus Jarman, deserve special mention. They were both excellent in how they managed our property sale, and provided first class advice on dealing with certain challenging issues that presented themselves along the way. Marcus really went the extra mile to assist us and was the consummate professional in how he conducted himself. He was a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the company. The whole experience was first class, and I highly recommend H+W to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

The overall service provided by Paul and his team when selling my property was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and determined to get me the right buyer. Big thanks also to Naomi for keeping the process moving and liaising between me, the buyers and the solicitors. I’d absolutely recommend the Chesterwell team if you’re looking to sell your home in the north Colchester area.

Brilliant estate agent staff, especially Naomi

Just sold my flat through Harrison and Wood, excellent service throughout despite some difficulties with leasehold etc, all staff were helpful and efficient but Naomi Barlow stands out as being efficient, effective, professional but friendly and she got the sale over the line with her clear-headed approach and determination. She often called to update me outside her working hours too.

When I wanted to sell my flat this agency was recommended to me by a former estate agent. Initial contact with them was great. I saw Lewis and he was amazing.
