GoogleBeen looking for the right house for months and done plenty of viewings and 100s of phone calls I called and spoke to Alfie Coldron he booked me in, asked what I was looking for and actually only send me Houses that suited me. Few days after now we have found a house through them and have had our offer accepted. This company have been perfect, truly thank you to the team

TrustpilotHarris+Wood Estate Agents Colchester
We have recently sold our house with Harris+Wood Colchester, and simply cannot fault them. Excellent marketing strategy, superb photographs, regular communication, and outstanding customer service. The whole team at H+W Colchester were great, but Branch Partner Elliott Watson, and Customer Relations Manager Marcus Jarman, deserve special mention. They were both excellent in how they managed our property sale, and provided first class advice on dealing with certain challenging issues that presented themselves along the way. Marcus really went the extra mile to assist us and was the consummate professional in how he conducted himself. He was a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the company. The whole experience was first class, and I highly recommend H+W to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

GoogleThe overall service provided by Paul and his team when selling my property was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and determined to get me the right buyer. Big thanks also to Naomi for keeping the process moving and liaising between me, the buyers and the solicitors. I’d absolutely recommend the Chesterwell team if you’re looking to sell your home in the north Colchester area.

TrustpilotBrilliant estate agent staff, especially Naomi
Just sold my flat through Harrison and Wood, excellent service throughout despite some difficulties with leasehold etc, all staff were helpful and efficient but Naomi Barlow stands out as being efficient, effective, professional but friendly and she got the sale over the line with her clear-headed approach and determination. She often called to update me outside her working hours too.

TrustpilotBad experience
Hi, Its very strange that such agency has such a good review. I would not recommend this agency and there are various reasons. One they are rude to their customers and care only about incomes they get from you. Second they pretend to be nice until its worthy to get anything from you. Thirdly, they cause stress and dont take responsibilities to their customers, they just want you to rent from them and pay rent, and leave them alone for anything. And lastly, they dont behave in professional manner and as in previous review mentioned, i would mention Rachel as well. She is the queen of everything written above.

TrustpilotConsummate professionals
This is the second time Harris + Wood have sorted my property sales in 10 years. They keep getting better. It's a testament to the amazing team they have assembled. Marcus truly went above and beyond to negotiate and conclude a very tricky chain. Even the seller's own agent was impressed by Marcus and his business acumen. 👏 Best estate agents I have ever come across.
