When my uncle passed away in July I was left with a property to sell and had a few agents come to see me, I choose HTB as they were very professional but they listened and understood the situation I was in, throughout the whole process I was kept informed and Steve and the guys took the pressure of me and dealt with everything including doing meter readings so I didn’t need to go back to the property. Theses guys are so amazing and they really care about the client nothing was to much trouble I can’t recommend them enough. I would actually give 10 stars .

I sold my house through this agent and there were a few problems with solicitors, etc. Close to falling through however thanks to Steve Turner and his knowledge and experience the sale went through well. I have since been in for advice, all of which they are happy to help with. Thank you HTB

We were looking for a lettings property and Sherrie identified what we needed straight away and it was a really smooth process from start to finish,I hardly had to do anything and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for property to buy or rent in the local area to use this firm , professional , friendly and knowledgeable and a willingness to help . By far the best agent we have dealt with in the area .A bit thank you from myself and Leanne :)

Brilliant team! I have been dealing with The Lettings Team at HTB, so for many years. Both Charlotte and Sherrie are professional to work with, quick to respond to emails, totally efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I have total confidence in the work they do and know that they will always make a good judgement and do what is necessary. I get the information that I need in emails, without having to ask extra questions or chase for replies - just what I need! In the Walton/Weybridge area, I wouldn't use anyone else.

I used HTB to sell my home in December 2016. The team were outstanding. As a house seller or buyer it can be very stressful dealing with estate agents. The team at HTB were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. The service was second to none and I will be recommending them to friends, family and colleagues. They alleviated most of my stress with their personable and dedicated approach.

My girlfriend and I had been working with a number of Estate Agents whilst searching for a new property and in complete honesty I found them all terrible. Then we viewed a property with HTB. Sherrie went out of her way to help us throughout the whole process. She is extremely personable and incredibly focused to find the right property for her customers. Her work and help was a key factor in us finding our perfect home and cannot thank her enough. She is an asset to the HTB and would recommend to anyone interested in properties in Walton-On-Thames area. Thanks again for everything.

HTB sold our house this week. This is the second time we've used them and I can't recommend them highly enough! Peter went out of his way to ensure that the sale went through and was always at the end of the phone reassuring us. I'm 7 months pregnant so more hormonal and emotional than usual!! Peter took this in his stride and was a real calming influence, taking as much of the stress away from us as possible. Really don't believe there's a better estate agent in the area.
