I had a great experience with HTB Estate Agents. Julie was consistently communicative, professional, and very thorough in everything she did. She kept me well informed throughout and was always approachable and helpful, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. She was a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Julie and the team at HTB.

I am an Estate Agent who has recently dealt with Julie Mellish at HTB, she was brilliant and had the best interests of her client at heart thoroughout the entire process, navigating lots of hurdles futher down the chain, always going the extra mile to ensure this property exchanged as planned. If you use HTB make sure to use Julie as your agent - she was fantastic.

The team was absolutely incredible, so helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent at every stage, and they truly went above and beyond to help us, always making the effort to keep us positive even during challenging moments. A massive thank you especially to Julie, who has been an amazing person to work with. Her reassurance, kindness, and ongoing support made such a difference to us. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support and are extremely grateful to the whole team.

We purchased our property through HTB and they were excellent. Julie in particular was very helpful kept in constant contact not only with us, but also with our solicitor and the estate agent handling our sale. In the final days HTB put the necessary pressure onto Solicitors to get the completion done. We feel they went above and beyond and have even supported us since the move with reaching out to the vendor to ask questions regarding the property.

Fantastic service! Both Scott and Julie were brilliant in supporting us with our purchase. We managed to buy a beautiful house. We have had a very difficult sale of our property and felt that we received more support and advice from them than the agency we were selling through. They have been very professional and attentive to all our needs despite not being our own agency. I couldn't recommend them more, thank you for all your help.

Having had dealings with most of the other agents in Molesey I decided to take a risk and try one of the new kids on the block for this house move. Given the challenges of months of waiting for the chain to complete together with the obstacles that covid provided, HTB were as engaged towards the end of the process as much as they had been earlier on. After 8 months or stress and issues Julie, Scott and the team never lost faith that it would all come together soon and at last and with their responsiveness and help to motivate the chain we were able to complete right before the stamp duty cut off. Highly recommend the team at HTB, a pleasure to deal with at all stages.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Scott Davis was highly recommended to me and in turn, I now cannot recommend him highly enough. His vast experience and knowledge of the Estate Agent business was clear from the beginning when he explained the forthcoming procedure to me, and he subsequently went out of his way to ensure that what could have been a very stressful situation ran smoothly. He kept me completely informed throughout, constantly liaising with and chasing people on my behalf and updating me at every point. He was always on hand with sound advice and guidance and I am extremely grateful to him for his invaluable assistance, skill and dedication during the Sale and Purchase of my homes. He is the ultimate professional and his calm approach ensured that I felt supported through the process. He certainly took the worry out of everything for me. Scott's colleagues were also extremely helpful during this time - what a great team!

Fantastic service from HTB As soon as I chose Richard Harmes from HTB to sell our house it was a very straightforward and smooth experience. They were very good at keeping me informed of offers and guided me throughout the sale. Julie Mellish deserves special mention as she seemed to be in constant communication not only with my solicitors but with the buyers and their solicitors as well. I thoroughly recommend HTB and would use them again.

Both Julie and Richard were great to work with from the initial discussion to completion day. Julie handled the negotiations with grace and always had time to answer questions and discuss the process. Richard was encouraging throughout as he knew how apprehensive I was in moving. I would definitely recommend HTB.

We recently completed a difficult chain with Julie and her team. We were able to get a good price on our property and Julie kept our buyers happy while we wrestled with our purchase. Julie's calm and reassuring manner significantly reduced the stress of the whole process for us. Without her professionalism and practical approach I am certain the chain would have fallen through. I thoroughly recommend HTB.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We sold two properties with HTB. Right from the 1st contact, Scott was excellent. He kept us fully informed at all times. He advertised the property well and arranged many viewings, always showing up on time. He was always very smart and was very polite and courteous. He chased solicitors, surveyors and worked hard to complete on time. I throughly recommend HTB for your property needsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

When we were selling our property, we wanted three things from our agent: a competitive price, a realistic approach to the market, and reliable communications. We picked HTB because it was really clear that Richard knew the market and the best strategy for the sale, without promising us the moon. In a difficult economic climate, we got an offer of above asking price within 2 weeks. The communication from the entire team was fantastic throughout the process, especially from Julie, and I'd recommend them to anyone selling in the area.
