Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can’t thank Richard and Julie at HTB enough for all their help. They were brilliant from start to finish, always keeping me updated and making sure everything stayed on track. Buying and selling can be stressful, but they made the whole process so much easier. They were always easy to get hold of, happy to answer any questions, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and want the best outcome. I’d have no hesitation recommending HTB to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks again, Richard and Julie!

GoogleHTB have hands down won us over with the manner in which they handled our recent house purchase. From constantly being in touch, to prompt replies to our queries and a fast, proactive approach to get things moving swiftly on both sides including stepping in immediately to successfully arrange another broker for us when our own one didn't work out to being present for us with expert and fair advice every step of the way - nothing was too much or too small to ask of them! WAY ahead of other estate agents on the market, the whole team was a absolute delight to deal with from start to finish but a particular mention for Richard and Julie - we are very grateful for all your help and guidance throughout ....THANK YOU !!! GoogleWe have dealt with HTB for nearly four years for the house we rent and I cannot praise them enough and in particular Charlotte Dover who is simply magnificent. GoogleI moved out of the apartment I rented from them 3 years ago. My ex-boyfriend stayed there and died a few months later. They asked me to help them find his family. I did everything I could, gave them his son's contact information. I indicated that my ex-boyfriend had 2 phones left with him, which I confirmed with an invoice. They postponed the return for a year. At that time, I wrote a negative review here, just like now. They contacted me to delete the negative review, after which they promised to arrange a time to return the phones. I have been waiting for this time for 2 years. It is clear that they only cared about removing the negative review and they look at me like I am a complete idiot. I had a bad experience with this company, I would never rent from them again. Update: Yesterday I received a notification that my phones were donated to charity, they didn't say who. They knew very well that the 2 phones were mine, I've been sending them the invoices for the purchases for two and a half years. One of the phones was an iPhone that I bought a few months ago! Of course it was donated! Of course! 🤣 They couldn't inform me about this for two and a half years? They always only inform me if I write a negative review on Google.

GoogleWe purchased our property through HTB and they were excellent. Julie in particular was very helpful kept in constant contact not only with us, but also with our solicitor and the estate agent handling our sale. In the final days HTB put the necessary pressure onto Solicitors to get the completion done. We feel they went above and beyond and have even supported us since the move with reaching out to the vendor to ask questions regarding the property.

GoogleFantastic service from HTB As soon as I chose Richard Harmes from HTB to sell our house it was a very straightforward and smooth experience. They were very good at keeping me informed of offers and guided me throughout the sale. Julie Mellish deserves special mention as she seemed to be in constant communication not only with my solicitors but with the buyers and their solicitors as well. I thoroughly recommend HTB and would use them again.
