-Edit to review: as I was reminded today by Charlotte's email, asking me to take down my review, "they did not manage the property, the landlord did", but she took the time to reply to all my complain emails and, not the landlord, in a very rude, disrespectful and awful way. Taking no responsibility of us leaving in a house full of mould till the point that I got sick because of it. Awful customer service even to the last day. She ask for an address to send our mail if there was any, and told me later they did not send any mail after informing her that I had an important letter arriving that I couldn't change the address to another one than the address we just left. Wouldn't recommend her services for renters.- Awful experience, house full of mould, a broken window that they never fixed, and more problems with the house and their services/ways of dealing with repairs. We had to leave the house early as it was a health hazard and they kept fighting over the deposit "finding" things we damage until I gave up and told them to keep it. Wouldn't recommend it, they take no accountability for their duties as a state agent, good luck if you use them.

Sold and bought at the same time through Harmes Turner Brown. The team (Scott, Julie, and Richard) were absolutely outstanding throughout the transaction. They gave us an update on our chain of 6 on a weekly basis and when things got a bit crunchy they were calm and professional. Nothing was ever too much of an ask. Also there to lend an ear. Having had dealings with most of the other agents in Molesey I decided to take a risk and try one of the new kids on the block for this house move. Given the challenges of months of waiting for the chain to complete together with the obstacles that covid provided, HTB were as engaged towards the end of the process as much as they had been earlier on.
