GoogleReally disappointed. Two weeks after the end of the tenancy, we agreed a deduction on the deposit and we made all the paperwork. The day after start they asking to me to pay a bill for the cleaning of something that was not on the check out report. After a few mails I received a bill (named to them) and no more response from them. Also, during the tenancy I had to wait two months to get the shower repaired. Be careful if you rent a house with them.

GoogleWe purchased a property from a seller who used Harmes Turner Brown as their Estate Agents and they truly went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Steve Turner enough! He was knowledgeable, polite and always took my calls; exactly what you want from an estate agent when you’re buying a house. Would definitely recommend! A*

GoogleWe used HTB to recently sell our house in Walton. It was a smooth process and everyone at HTB were helpful, professional and efficient. The estate agent for the house we were buying said Steve was the best he'd dealt with in his many years in the trade!

FacebookMy son & daughter in law aren't on Facebook so asked me to recommend HTB on their behalf. They completed their purchase last week & would like to thank Steve in particular for all his help getting it done so quickly. They're very impressed with how professional & polite everyone at HTB is.

FacebookI signed up with HTB in March 2017 and they've been terrific at trying to market my profit and get potential buyers. I finally completed yesterday, and to make sure everything went smoothly they even started helping my buyer complete forms and chase his solicitors (good ol' Steve). Peter put so much effort into selling the property and parted with much advise on attracting more interest, better than the other agents in Walton-on-Thames I used. All the staff were so friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend them if you want to sell your home.

FacebookWe are so pleased we engaged HTB to sell mother-in-law's house in Ashley Road. We received very good advice honest and honest, from start to finish and got 'Top Dollar' for the property, whilst no wool was pulled over the buyer's eyes! They were professional, helpful and kept us informed at every stage. Every member of staff who did viewings came round beforehand to familiarise themselves with the house and garden and we quickly secured a sale. We will be recommending you highly to anyone selling or buying and thank you for making a stressful time easier.

FacebookWe signed up with HTB after having an awful experience with another estate agent on the high street. I can’t rate HTB enough, they were honest, friendly and went the extra mile to sell our house and keep us informed every step of the way. We also bought through HTB and we couldn’t be happier in our new home. Thank you HTB!

FacebookTHEY ARE THE BEST....

FacebookCharlotte at Harmes Turner Brown has been helping me manage my first rental property over the last few years and I have to say the level of service has been absolutely outstanding. The high level of care extends to both landlord and tenant and over my 5 year ownership HTB have ensured that my tenant has enjoyed a safe and comfortable home. With a possible tenancy change on the horizon Charlotte has been very reassuring and I look forward to setting up the new contract. I note a scathing review left on 4th April which is surprising and I suspect somewhat confused and inaccurate.

FacebookI’ve just moved out of a house that was let by harmes Turner brown. I have had charlottes support and kindness throughout the experience from the moment I move in to the moment I left and ended the tenancy. I came across a few problems at the end, and she assured me everything would be okay and that she’ll sort it. All I can say is she was very helpful, kind and professional.
