GoogleRecently sold my property through Hamptons Hertford. Ollie Babbage is a fantastic estate agent and was a pleasure to work with on the sale. He sold my property extremely quickly and went above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible (very hard job when moving house!), gave great advice every step of the way and always responded quickly. Highly recommend and will be back when we move again!

GoogleBUYERS BEWARE! We bought a property from Harvey Construction using Lanes New Homes as the agency. We moved in over 6 months ago. They initially told us that the gate would be completed before we moved in and then push back giving us multiple dates where the gates were not installed. They have been ignoring us and giving us false dates. They are passing the blame onto each other and not collaborating with the residents of these properties. Please make sure that everything has been finished before buying any properties from them.

Warren, Hannah and Katrina were extremely helpful with making our purchase smooth and were a pleasure to deal with. GoogleThis review is mainly targeted at Mr. Jake Holloway. During the process of selling my home and buying my next one I can genuinely say everything that could go wrong did, from time wasting buyers, to incompetent solicitors, to rogue valuation agents, the list goes on. What Jake was able to do however was make a terrible group of situations so much better. Jake is very polite, professional, but most all has common sense and thinks very logically. Jake was always accommodating, helped facilitate good relations between myself and the developer on my new home, and he went above and beyond throughout. He was available pretty much all the time, never shied away from work, and made sure that as his client my needs were always met. Thank you so much Mr. Holloway for all of your hard work and dedication. Whatever your compensation package looks like I’m highly confident it doesn’t reflect the amount of work you do.

GoogleWhat can i say!!!!! These guys from start to finish were beyond reproach, there was no request too much, working out of hours to help us secure our dream home. I cant praise their work ethic any higher,Michelle, Jake, Sarah (sorry if i forgot to mention anyone) were on hand whenever we needed them. I would recommend the team at Enfield to anyone who's looking to buy a house or new home. Once again thank-you for everything and enjoy the Prosecco!!!!!

GoogleI had a great experience with Lanes in Enfield. This was my first buying experience and they could not of been anymore helpful. Especially Jake who went above and beyond. What should have been a pretty straightforward and quick process was not and he ensured I was kept up to date throughout, chasing solicitors and developers on my behalf. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleA superb experience from end to end. Brad was excellent from the first meeting and through out. Katrina was brilliant at keeping us informed along the way and Hannah was key to enabling us to have good interaction with the developer. Can’t forget Lauren, now our neighbour too, who entertained our kids in the garden when we did our snagging list, not and an easy job and all went above and beyond expectations. A very professional but also personal approach, and we were the buyer! Full confidence to recommend them from a buyers perspective.

GoogleCannot recommend Lanes New Homes highly enough! Right from the first contact when enquiring about a property up until the day of completion (in fact further assistance after this too!) Helen was just great! She did everything she could to assist with the transaction and help keep things moving. Any requests or problems I had Helen always did everything to keep me updated and try to resolve them. She was always fast at responding to queries and kept in contact with me outside of hours too! Couldn't have asked for anything more and I will definitely look at using Lanes New Homes again in the future. Everything about the flat was completed to a high standard and the snagging list was completed very quickly! Thanks very much

GoogleMy experience with Lanes New Homes has been fantastic throughout. My Estate Agent Helen Brook has been most supportive, informative and readily available to answer any questions or queries that I have had during the process of purchasing my first home. The property has been finished to a very high standard and Helen has been very knowledgeable and informative about numerous technical aspects relating to the flat and also to the area of the property itself. I would highly recommend using Lanes New Homes based upon my experience with this company.
