GoogleOur experience purchasing a property through Hamptons was really good as far as house buying experiences go, and Alex is clearly at the top of his game. The sale was close to falling through on two occasions due to a number of issues with the property and Alex persevered in getting these resolved. We have now been in our new home for over a month and we are happy. Thank you, Alex, for easing what can be a highly-stressful experience. Hamptons will be the first door we knock on when we're planning our next move...although given how happy we are here that won't be for a while!

GoogleWithout Alex I could never envisage I would be where I am today, about to move and start life in a new home. Having already lost one sale, I changed to Hamptons and was immediately struck by the professionalism of the office in Hertford. Straight away a viewing was actioned, which turned into a sale and although the journey has not been without hiccups, none of which was due to Hamptons, Alex has always been at the end of the phone when things took a wrong turn. His commitment to his clients is second to none and his guidance and assurances helped me manage, what is a extremely stressful time, and push on to the finishing line. There was never a time when he was not able to communicate with me, even when I thought he should not be working. Around him also, the team, including Lucy, would ensure that all messages were responded to quickly. Thank you all for getting me to the start of my new life in my new home.
