When reviewing the issue raised you noticed that I had given other 1 star reviews, yes that’s correct well done you obviously understand that if you give a one star service then that’s what you’ll receive unfortunately other companies do deserve the one star reviews such as your selfs. Please do contact me directly however if you’d like to discuss this matter further I’d be more than happy to explain and help you improve on your customer service skills. Have a lovely day Generally not impressed with the service, threatening phone calls from hysterical employees who had clearly been spun a web of lies from other agents within the chain. Halls spoilt the purchase of our dream home in the end! So much so my husband refused to collect the keys from the office. You will receive unnecessary phone calls only to receive another call 20 minutes later stating to ignore previous conversation. Be aware they like to have a ''frank and honest conversation with the buyers, the sellers will be pulling out today if they don’t get what they want it’s what we have advised them to do'' this was done to us on a Friday afternoon at 3pm!! Totally unprofessional. I will never recommend Halls in fact I will go out of my way to spread how bad they are to everyone I meet. Please avoid using halls

Amy at Halls Lettings had been outstanding during our move. Informative, helpful and she realises how stressful moving house can be. Even when on holiday, Halls sorted out a plumbing issue on the same day. Cannot recommended highly enough, and we feel very safe in the knowledge that they are managing our property. I have recently completed my flat sale in Shrewsbury through Halls and I couldn’t thank Alex more for his excellent work. I almost pulled out half way due to the appalling inefficiency of my solicitors. I wouldn’t have been able to sell it without Alex’s hard work, great advice and persevering with chasing the solicitors. And his colleague Emily was very helpful too. Not good . Missed to purchase our ideal piece of land because after ringing several times & being told there is nobody familiar with the details in the office. On one occasion I was told to ring back FIVE days later to speak to some one who new the particulars. Very poor.

I recently attended one of Hall’s property auctions as they didn’t offer online or telephone bidding, attendance only. With the current sensitivity of COVID-19 I will say they did keep their staff vey well protected but they did nothing to respect or protect their customers. The auction room was very over crowded and squashed together with no one advising or asking to spread out or maybe stagger the auction in lot slots. Only after the asking they opened the outside door to let some fresh air in. I had to ask 5 couples to respect our space with asking to not stand immediately in front of me almost touching & no masks..Due to this badly organised & without care of anyone but themselves we left. Very disappointed with the way they operate their business and in future I will not be doing business with them.

Halls were brilliant in selling my home and helping me to secure my new home. There were many, many problems encountered with the first property I tried to buy. Halls and particularly Teresa went above and beyond to try and solve these problems, however, it wasn't to be. They then did their very best in supporting me to purchase another property, which as it works out, is much, much better than the one I couldn't buy. I have been in my new home for two weeks and love it! It's a massive thank you to Teresa, James, Louise and the rest of the team at Halls Kidderminster. I couldn't have done it without you. From the word go we realised we were in good hands for the sale of our house. Nothing was too much trouble, including weekly inspections of the property by Alex and regular updates by Margaret and her team, and on completion Margaret kindly obtained final meter readings so that we didn't have to make a 300-mile round trip to Shrewsbury.
