I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff from Halls Estate Agents, Franche Road, Kidderminster. Over recent weeks I've made numerous enquiries regarding a property lm purchasing through them. Praise to all the staff who lve had contact with. My inability to manage technology has been supported with empathy and understanding. No question was ever too silly to ask. Staff have been prompt in responding to my questions or emails. Navigating either selling or buying a property these days can be a daunting and complex experience. Halls Estate agents have been amazing, always friendly and helpful. This has made the "ordeal" an easy and seamless process. So well done to all the staff, especially Savannah who has gone above and beyond in her working role to ensure lve had the best customer experience.

We initially saw a property for sale with Halls and decided to take the plunge, selling our house to buy it. This was a massive gamble for us as we had put so much effort into our existing home, and the property we liked was old, with complex structural and title deed issues. Because of these challenges, we decided to appoint Halls to handle the sale of our own property too.It was far from a simple process, but Savannah, Coleen, and the team at Kidderminster were absolutely faultless. They provided the exact reassurance and support we needed to navigate both the sale and the purchase. Lynne and I send this review with our sincerest thanks to Halls, particularly Savannah, who patiently dealt with our constant phone calls. Five stars from us!

I can only rate Halls Kidderminster 5 stars! We have had a long journey selling our house and they were the ones that did it for us. From Tom coming in midway through the process to revalue, following an unsuccessful time with another agents. Just sitting and having a chat about expectations and understanding the situation we were in … to Lilly who kept us updated throughout the sale process and kept things moving. She was always happy to answer any questions! We particularly want to thank Savannah, who was just brilliant! From getting the property relisted asap just after Christmas to making sure we had regular appropriate updates. She always answered questions (which were a lot!) and gave reassurance when we needed it most. Thank you to the whole team! I would highly recommend Halls if you are selling your house in Kidderminster and surrounding areas

Great service from Hall's, booking viewings and then starting the process of purchasing a property on the market with themselves. I especially want to mention how helpful Savannah was through the process, very quick to reply to my emails and help with any queries I had.

My experience with Halls has been exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the team I've spoken to has been professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I found myself needing to relocate for a number of reasons and the pinnacle reasons being a change of pace and to be closer to work. I found an amazing property on rightmove and was immediately put into contact with Halls. Lauren was my main point of contact throughout and she did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date and made the process of application through to handing over of the keys seemless. Lauren had informed me that she was new to the company but I couldn't tell, she was professional and polite throughout and she is a testament to Halls and it is clear that they are a company that look after their team and put people first in what they do.

Halls were very helpful and made what could have been a difficult process much easier. We were selling while based overseas but Savannah and her colleagues made the whole thing quite easy. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend.

Receptionist was very rude to me after I enquired about a valuation on a friends house. James emailed me and I confirmed some details and bever heard back from him. Since then we have sold to the first viewer with Doddingtree. I will never go back to this company. Avoid. Unprofessional, maybe our property was beneath them.
