I have recently completed my flat sale in Shrewsbury through Halls and I couldn’t thank Alex more for his excellent work. I almost pulled out half way due to the appalling inefficiency of my solicitors. I wouldn’t have been able to sell it without Alex’s hard work, great advice and persevering with chasing the solicitors. And his colleague Emily was very helpful too. I couldn’t quite believe it when it was finally completed after a long struggle. I highly recommend Halls, especially Alex.

Fantastic and friendly service throughout the process of renting out my property under full management. I would recommend Halls Shrewsbury to anyone who is looking for assistance in getting a property prepared for rental and then finding tenants. They were highly professional and explained what needed to be done, which really helped because I had no real idea as to what was involved. They have communicated with me throughout the process, from providing gardeners, electricians, cleaners etc. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

Receptionist was very rude to me after I enquired about a valuation on a friends house. James emailed me and I confirmed some details and bever heard back from him. Since then we have sold to the first viewer with Doddingtree. I will never go back to this company. Avoid. Unprofessional, maybe our property was beneath them.

Halls recently sold my mother in laws house after she sadly passed away suddenly this year. All members of staff that we had dealings with were thoroughly professional and sympathetic to our situation. They obtained the best possible price within a very short space of time. Highly recommended 👌PositiveQuality, Professionalism

I wanted to rent a commercial property. First enquiry was never answered, second I was told they'd call back. The call back when it came was approx 8.30 as she was in her car driving somewhat abrupt and that I should know her - property no longer available but would keep my details on file. Never heard another peep and I found another property myself.NegativeProfessionalism

Hello Joanne, I am sorry to hear that you felt our service was unprofessional, I can see that we sent an email with the information you requested on 6th July, and I note that the property went on the market at the price we suggested. I hope that you do decide to give us another chance in the future, however we wish you all the best in the future. Many thanks, Kidderminster Sales

Held a tenancy through Halls Kidderminster for 18 months. Our contact was a lady named Amy who dealt with any issues that we raised in a prompt and efficient manner. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would also recommend them to others. Thank you Amy in particular and Halls in general for looking after us.PositiveProfessionalism

Halls produced an excellent brochure and a good online presence, but it took six months to sell our lovely house on the edge of countryside - many people felt the house needed too much updating and the garden was too much work and we began to feel we'd never sell at a reasonable price. James at Halls told us not to worry as someone would come along who loved it and were happy to make it their own - and that is just what happened. They know their stuff at Halls.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
