GoogleA fantastic service from the initial valuation to conclusion of sale. Our property was sold within 3 days and they also assisted us in purchasing our new home. All of the staff are a joy to deal with and they continuously went out of their way to keep us informed during our sale and to help us find our new home. Undoubtedly the best agents we have ever used.

GoogleI let a property through Halls. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Reported the faults over 6 weeks ago. Still not sorted and they don`t even bother to contact you to ensure the work has been done. Contact from them is non existent.

Hello Mr Plunkett, Thank you for your review, and I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the how the Tenancy ended. We always try to make sure that any Deposit stoppages are reasonable and fair, and I recall that in your case we obtained two quotes to remove the items left at the property, and you agreed to the lower quote, with the rest of the Deposit being returned to you. Unfortunately, staff do move on, and in the absence of any proof that it had been agreed to vary the terms of the contract, I was unable to do so. Once again, I apologise if you were not happy with the outcome, but I am sure you can appreciate that without proof, there was nothing that could be done. GoogleVery poor customer skills by estate agent and no contact at all. Won't be looking at renting any commercial property from them for sure. If I was a landlord I would be questioning if they even are trying to rent the property out.

GoogleAvoid!!! They have no idea what is going on with their so called 'managed' properties. I waited 8 MONTHS extra for a rental property that was undergoing renovation and despite regular emails, offering 12 months rent in advance and being ready to proceed immediately, I wasn't even told when the property was ready! I've now found a PROPER & PROFESSIONAL letting agent and an amazing property and I'm happy to see that the property I was waiting for (for a total of 10 months) is still on the rental market over 2 months later. Your loss, my eventual gain.
