They would respond to calls and emails almost immediately and when you're buying, speed is of the essence and very much appreciated. GoogleThe Ellesmere office recently sold a property for us.
Having bought and sold seven properties in the last ten years, I thought I knew what to expect from the agents - how wrong I was...
From the very beginning the process was very friendly, professional and prompt. Our first point of contact was Sean (who had by far the easiest job ;-)), with a certain eloquence and a twinkle in his eye we chose Halls services based on his presentation.
The property sold very quickly and we then dealt with an amazing group of staff who saw us through until completion.
There were a few problems along the way (solicitors! (angryface.jpg)) but Ashley, Beverley and Nia chased things and kept us informed at every stage - updates were more frequent than from our solicitor and the service received was above and beyond any other agent we've used.
I'm sure there are other staff working away in the background who I haven't mentioned.
How Halls have managed to assemble an office of so many wonderful friendly employees is beyond me.
I recommend a pay increase for all of them.
If you're reading this and can't decide which agent to use, don't hesitate to drop into their office and I'm sure the decision will be instant.

They went above and beyond to help as we had some problems within the chain . They kept me informed at every stage and are both so lovely and incredibly helpful.
