From the day Sean made his evaluation to the final and eventual day the house sale was completed everyone at Halls Estate Agents were friendly, extremely helpful, very supportive and with excellent communications. Mum and I don't think we would have survived the task of selling her house with any other Estate Agents. I would recommend this branch to anyone and everyone who wishes to buy or sell a property in the Ellesmere catchment. We couldn't praise them enough.

The Ellesmere office recently sold a property for us. Having bought and sold seven properties in the last ten years, I thought I knew what to expect from the agents - how wrong I was... From the very beginning the process was very friendly, professional and prompt. Our first point of contact was Sean (who had by far the easiest job ;-)), with a certain eloquence and a twinkle in his eye we chose Halls services based on his presentation. The property sold very quickly and we then dealt with an amazing group of staff who saw us through until completion. There were a few problems along the way (solicitors! (angryface.jpg)) but Ashley, Beverley and Nia chased things and kept us informed at every stage - updates were more frequent than from our solicitor and the service received was above and beyond any other agent we've used. I'm sure there are other staff working away in the background who I haven't mentioned. How Halls have managed to assemble an office of so many wonderful friendly employees is beyond me. I recommend a pay increase for all of them. If you're reading this and can't decide which agent to use, don't hesitate to drop into their office and I'm sure the decision will be instant. I can’t thank the team at Halls enough , especially Nia and Bev who were handling our sale were absolutely amazing . They went above and beyond to help as we had some problems within the chain . They kept me informed at every stage and are both so lovely and incredibly helpful. I honestly don’t think we would have moved had it not been for all their hard work . I cannot recommend them highly enough . If you want an estate agent who works tirelessly to make your move process as easy as possible then I would recommend you use Halls . They were in contact with our buyers also and kept them informed and updated at all times . A stark contrast to a different company of Estate agents we were buying four property from , who never called me once during the entire process . Halls deserve a 100% star rating
