GoogleShows properties on their website that have already been let so when you call to book a viewing you are told it's not avaliable. Don't bother getting your hopes up because they can't even be bothered to update their website.

GoogleWe have been a tenant through Hall and Benson for over two years , had a great experience , never had any problems , whenever we had any issue at our flat we told them and they sorted it at their earliest , I would definitely recommend them

GoogleDon't expect any maintenance to be done at the property if you are a tenant. Property inspection reports are just a check box. Hall and Benson do not care about their tenant's well being. Constantly have to follow up regarding queries and often have to guide property managers on how to do their jobs. Lived at a property for over a year with smoke damage they never repainted, ended up moving out for our own well being. Still fighting to get our deposit back. Stay well away...

GoogleFirst of all I have lived.. (Well if living in a seperated box. with others peeing noises,,,above .anyway) And 15 years ..love it . My balcony..sunsets. Yeah man. Don't keep putting up the rent ..£375...now £700. And keep the creapy maintance guy away..he ...is like someone walking backwards. .botch.

I am so glad that you were my first letting experience. This was my family first home and I will never forget it. Molly has been amazing in helping in whatever inquiry I had.
