Googlewe would have given NO STAR'S BUT it diesnt allow ypu to do so. Villains and rogue letting agents, disgraceful...my son went without any refuse bin facility after renting a newly converted Cosy flats apt in HEANOR. RANG THEM AROUND 30PLUS TIMES to no avail ...was told by Amber valley council the landlord NOR HALL and BENSON are bot interested in their tenant s needs or legal requirements...just keen to get your rent money paid. Still after 8 months of fully paid rent they are illegally holding on to our 395.00 bond paid. This should have been repaid
within 10 working days according to the Tenancy Deposit protection scheme. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You Will not get your bond back. Literally havibg to go through the TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME TO RECEIVE BOND BACK IN GOD KNOWS WHAT COULD TAKE MONTHS.To ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT IN HEANOR COSY FLATS ...THERE IS STILL NO REFUSE DISPOSAL AVAILABLE AFTER 8 MONTHS.

GoogleIt truly upsets me to have to write about a company in a sector I also work but in a more distant area. My experience of this company is shameful and their business practices are worrying to say the least but I feel obligated to bring it to the attention of the public. I would definitely try a different company as there are many to choose from in this area. They appear to work more for the buyer than the vendor, which is not what they are paid to do. My accusations are based on the fact that because they sell houses on a set fee rather than a commission basis. So it is in their interest to get quick sales, which I'm sure they'd deny.
H&B initially wanted to value my father in laws house for £25,000 less than our new sales agents. It was sold on the second day of sale with H&B. Great if you want a quick sale, not so if you want the best price. During our agreed sale with H&B I had reason to question a staff members professionalism. I spoke to the manager Alex Johnson who was instantly defensive without her facts and proceeded that and future conversations in a sarcastic and abrupt manner to my grieving family.
I asked to speak to the managing director and was later informed by Alex that they no longer wanted our business as the sale had fell through. I wrote an informative e mail to the MD Robert Liversidge and 6 weeks later never received a reply.
