GoogleOne star is more than enough for maintenance department. Takes months to sort out simple things so you need to be ready to do everything by yourself and pay the cost out of your pocket.

GoogleStay Clear at all costs !! I don't normally leave reviews but I feel like I need to on this occasion as I feel so let down and frustrated by Hall and Benson. They are nothing but inconsiderate liars, after dealing with many estate agents over the years these are by far the worst. Their incompetence and untruthfulness has cost me a lot of time and money and also caused me a great deal of stress. Never again will I deal with /hall and Benson.

GoogleCannot recommend enough - Kirsty was brilliant throughout the whole process. She kept us informed at all times and helped us to understand our options at each stage. Nothing was too much trouble and Kirsty went the extra mile to ensure we were happy - we will definitely be contacting Kirsty again for our future requirements!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThankyou to Hall and Benson, we are currently in the final stages of our mortgage and the process has been made easier by your team. Kirsty from the Allestree branch has been our mortgage advisor and has been very informative and responsive. As first time buyers it can be overwhelming but she took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know and helped us to make careful decisions to suit us. Thankyou! We would also like to mention Luke from Alfreton, who has been the friendly face showing us the property and offering advice where he can.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMyself and my family wanted to rent a property in chaddesden, this was dealt with brilliantly and we've finally got the keys to our lovely new home! Hayley was absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend dealing with her.

GoogleWe can’t thank Kirsty enough. As first time buyers we weren’t entirely sure what we were getting ourselves into but she explained all aspects of buying our first home. Not all mortgage advisors go through the cost of moving so we were grateful for all of the information she gave us and how we were going to afford it. We would not go anywhere else for any mortgage advice, we can’t thank her enough. Would highly recommend!

GoogleOur experience from start to finish was exemplary and professional. We met Joe Blaney, one of Hall and Benson’s Lettings Valuers, who arrived on time and had all the information that we needed. He communicated, clearly and precisely and explained “everything” in detail, clarifying points that we raised. We left that meeting knowing that the letting of the property was in safe hands. Following that initial meeting, Joe dealt with all aspects of the letting and kept us informed throughout. He concluded the letting of the property, as it has started, speedily, professionally, with “nothing” being too much trouble for him, or the Lettings’ Team. In summary, Joe was friendly, easy to communicate with and always returned phone calls, texts, or emails, with the relevant answers, or replies, etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Hall and Benson.

GoogleJust noticed some low reviews from ex tenants & their relatives. Nothing to do with Heanor office. They dont deal with lettings. It's the Allestree office you need to complain to

GoogleNot as good as it was. They are now an estate agent that tries to get you to have their in house mortgage advisor. Obviously get a cut from it. Seems like a conflict of interest to me. They sort viewings quite efficiently once they have taken all your essential details like "do you need a mortgage"
