When I tried the famous SA model, it flopped big time and the disappointment led me to approach Hall and Benson for a decent AST rescue approach. Katie at the Alfreton branch took roughly 10 days from onboarding to full tenancy agreement signed. I'm impressed with the entire process plus service levels and would highly recommend for anyone in similar situation. Sure there would be a few more properties coming off SAs in the next few weeks.

I have to say I probably wouldn't have chosen Hall and Benson to sell ny property as the valuer who was first booked never turned up. A few weeks later Corey phoned me and persuaded me to let them value it (other valuer no longer employed by them) . His charm, tenacity and honesty won him the sale and I have been very pleased with the service received. It's not been an easy process (not their fault) but Corey has kept on top of everything and got me the full asking price. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended
