GoogleNot interested in working with the vendor to sell a property. The sales process is poor not to mention the communication or lack of it from the staff and the general customer service is left wanting. If you want to sell your property then don’t waste your time with this estate agency as they tie you in for a fixed term and do absolutely nothing to get the property marketed effectively and sold. Hall & Benson Allestree branch are not professionals in sales or customer service.

GoogleHaving decided to sell my home and move into rented accommodation Hayley has proven to be exceedingly helpful through the filing cabinet full of forms to complete the transaction. It is an absolute spiders webb of strands going from one piece of documention to the next which a layman such as I would have admitted defeat and bought a caravan. Thanks to all at Hall &, Benson. Superb and patient hrlp throighout.

I first spoke to Jessica about my letting and she swiftly got everything into place for me keeping me informed at every step of the process. I also would like to say Anjali is also fantastic, when ever there is an issue she let's me know and deals with in the best way possible. GooglePaula was a god send. After trying and failing to secure a rental property for the last 4 months due to high demand and no help from estate agents. She truly stepped in and really helped. She listened to my familys needs. Picked out properties as they became available and phoned me straight away with viewing times. Also worked around my working hours to get the viewings in. I truly felt looked after during the entire process, we pick our keys up in the next 24 hours, been a nice smooth process start to finish. Amazing service all round

The moment I spoke to Jessica and let her know I wanted to rent my property she was straight on to it with viewings and a let agreed in a matter of days. Any issues have been swiftly delt with and no questions have felt silly and have been answered in the best way. I would highly recommend hall and benson lettings. GoogleWe are renting a property with Hall and Benson. Hayley was really helpful in finding and showing us the available properties and taking us through the paperwork and getting us moved in. The process of moving in was easy with electronic contracts. The only downside was moving in took a bit longer than expected due to landlord living abroad.
