GoogleExcellent customer service, over and above any expectations! My mum moved from Derbyshire to Lincolnshire due to health reasons and we needed to sell her home. Adam travelled to her in Lincolnshire to go through everything and get the paperwork signed as my mum was unable to travel. In just 4 weeks the property was marketed, had fantastic viewing interest and a full asking price offer was received and accepted! Bethany worked hard to achieve this offer for my mum and we are truly grateful for Hall & Benson’s levels of customer service and support in achieving this sale! Highly recommended!

GoogleVery good service from Danielle Stapleton. Helped me get the mortgage I required, the insurance products I need, and did so with a keen interest in what I wanted rather than trying to sell me something I don't want. I cant recommend her enough, very good mortgage broker, and shall be returning when it comes time to my next mortgage review in 5 years.

GoogleWe would not have found our dream home without Hall and Benson. After searching for months for a property we were deflated and thought we would not find a property we loved. The lovely Beth recommended we view a property and it ended up being our dream home. We cannot thank her enough. Natalie kept us updated and informed at all times and was always available. Danielle dealt with my remortgage, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, I was kept updated through the whole process from start to finish and nothing was ever too much trouble. She went above and beyond and genuinely cares about each client. She is most definitely an asset to the company!! GoogleI normally use reviews to let others know about good service is rather than waste my time complaining about bad service, however I feel our extremely negative experience is worthy of mentioning so potential customers could choose to opt for the many other estate agents in the area. Me and my partner saw a bungalow that we loved. We applied for it and unfortunately found out that we did not get it. That is fair enough. The bungalow then went on the market again and we thought, awesome! We will go prepared. The main issue we have is that my partner has a CCJ from a £35 parking ticket that she failed to pay due to a long hospital stay a few years ago. We tried to prepare best we could, make the application in my name as my credit is okay, we had a friend with really good credit score agree to be our guarantor to cover for my partners CCJ and we wanted to pay 6 months in advance We thought the best way to show we are keen is to go to their Allestree office on Monday morning ( the ad was re-added on Saturday). That is where the trouble started. The lady “helping” my partner kept rather loudly ( enough for everyone in the office to hear) insisting that she can not help us due to “ADVERSE CREDIT!” and showed no willingness to humour our situation as there we already 3 viewings booked. I understand the rental market is currently booming due to the state of the economy but that should not mean that estate agents decide to just not bother doing any work and just go for the paint by the numbers approach. What one would expect as basic customer service in the real estate market is for the agent to at least run our offer by the landlord rather than extremely rudely imply that she does not think it is worth their time checking with the landlord. Do better.

GoogleI bought my property in Openwoodgates, Belper in April 2022, and it took until November 2022 to finally get the keys due to an incorrect entry in Land Registry over a flying freehold on this property. All the way through Hall & Benson's Team, Richard, Olivia & Jess have been keeping me in touch with progress reports. Even to dropping off spare keys to my door that they received after the sale was finalised! I even received a very helpful Moving In box, with some gifts, really thoughtful. They helped relieve a long drawn out legal process, and I highly recommend Hall & Benson as a lovely local agent.

GoogleHall and benson have terrible customer experience, after 21 days waiting to have my new property removed off rightmove I had to send proof of purchase to rightmove to have it taken off the site. After losing my husband suddenly in January I am still dealing with bereavement departments for different companies. Because hall and benson seamed unable or un willing to remove my property off rightmove when I tried to change my address with bereavement departments I had to have checks to prove my address had changed. Experian could not confirm to banks etc as my new property was still showing sold subject to contract. This has cause so much upset and stress as I was only widowed in January 2023. Luckily rightmove are decent people.

We came to them in less than satisfactory circumstances and Richard particularly, approached our situation with immediacy, sincerity and the height of professionalism. We have felt secure in the knowledge of their attention to detail in both administration and communication, both of which were very lacking in our previous experience with another agency.
