GoogleWe have recently entered the world of buying a different property and was recommended to speak to Danielle to look at our mortgage. Danielle is very approachable and also patient with us in answering all of our questions. She clearly and simply explained the different options available to us and talked these through with us - and also followed up actions relating to the mortgage of our existing property. I would highly recommend speaking with Danielle if you are looking at what mortgage options are best for you.

GoogleI would recommend the Hall & Benson team to anyone and everyone! We used Danielle as our mortgage advisor, she helped us get the best possible mortgage for our situation and helped us along the way with any questions. The whole team was great help with anything that cropped up and made the first time buying a smoother process! Beth did everything she could to help us out along the way and sorted any problems we have straightaway. We couldn’t thank them enough and recommend them to anyone!

GoogleI had a mortgage appointment with Chris last week, and couldn't recommend him enough. He explained the process really clearly and took his time going through everything, which really put me at ease! I also had a house viewing with Emily, and again she really put me at ease as a first time buyer.

GoogleWe have been letting from HB for 18 months. The property management is shocking. They are not supporting us at all. I am very disappointed with the service we are receiving. They take no pride in their work

GoogleI viewed a house I liked the look of to rent met Hayley during the original viewing, they kept me in the loop letting me know I'd been accepted as a tenant and of the progress of the redecoration and recarpeting. They are really well organised on getting everything needed done up front (including council tax, energy suppliers etc...) Slight hitch on moving day with the keys (the contractor who had been to the house left the wrong keys), but Hayley and the team got it sorted the same day. Couldn't ask for more really, good estate agent.

Jessica did a brilliant job sorting all the paperwork and references needed to obtain the property and Declan was a credit to the company dealing with sorting the house insurance out taking the final payment and handing over the keys. GoogleRang up the other day enquiring about 3 different properties because we were interested in viewing them, the agent on the phone was condescending and rude. As most couples do, we both work and wanted to see if they had any availability for us both to view any of the properties on Tuesday the following week and it really just seemed like she didn’t want to help at all. Didn’t give me any other days or weeks that they had availability for either. Wouldn’t recommend going to them about anything if you don’t want to go away being made to feel like you’re dumb. Feel sorry for the people selling with them, the agents should be wanting to sell properties but clearly not🤔

GoogleDanielle Stapleton is a rock star! My wife Sue and I were referred to her by the also amazingly helpful and knowledgeable Richard McNamara, also of Hall and Benson. Danielle showed a welcome sense of urgency in arranging our visit the same day it was suggested by Mr. McNamara. When we met at her office at Hall and Benson Heanor, Miss Stapleton proved herself welcoming and personable, friendly, expert in the field of home financing, and open with respect to avenues of financing other than Hall and Benson. My wife and I have just relocated here from America and Miss Stapleton was able to provide us a very good understanding of the options available to us. I've given her 5 stars but would give more if they were available! Rock Star! I strongly recommend you give her a call if you are in need of a home mortgage. Your time will be well spent.
