I was a tenant with the kendal office for 2.5 years and they were by far the best letting agent I've rented from. The application process was smooth and communication was good throughout. When I was a tenant I only had a couple of maintenance issues and both were responded to quickly and resolved in a timely manner. When leaving the premises the move out process was simple and I had my full deposit returned quickly. I'd highly recommend renting via Hackney and leigh if you have the opportunity
