GoogleThe whole team were fantastic from start to finish, and even beyond completion! It was incredibly refreshing to work with an estate agent who actually answers the phone and responds promptly. Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, supportive and professional, keeping things moving smoothly throughout the negotiations. Even after completion, they went above and beyond, happily sharing details for trusted tradespeople when they had no obligation to do so, a rare level of service these days and very much appreciated. A truly professional, helpful and genuinely kind team. I would highly recommend this firm and want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone at the Grange office (The umbrella turned out to be a very welcome gift!)

GoogleVery good to deal with and very friendly. Absolutely no complaints but the whole system of buying and selling property needs to be changed. Helen and Tracy very helpful and friendly as were all the other staff.

GoogleI am really disappointed with this lot. The staff are pleasant enough, but like many estate agents, they try and shaft you at the end of tenancy. We had to get a cleaner in when WE moved in, and there was crap all over the garden. I seem to remember the fridge and freezer were full of food, and the oven was grim. We let it go at the time. We were forced to move a couple of weeks before Christmas, but we still managed to get an end of tenancy cleaner in. The house was spotless when we left, as confirmed by H&L, yet they want their greasy hands on our deposit. Blaming... the garden. All we left was the junk that the landlord left!

GoogleLovely people at this office. Friendly and very responsive to questions, phone calls, and emails. Open and helpful about showing my friends and family the property I was buying, when I was in New York and couldn't be there. I've done FaceTime with Wendy so much that I feel like she's part of the family! Now I am in my beautiful new home! Highly recommend!

We experienced some last minute difficulties with legal matters; Keira was able to intervene, using her relationships to navigate the issues and avoid a last minute chain collapse, the result being two families completing on their dream homes. Fantastic.

GoogleI was a tenant with the kendal office for 2.5 years and they were by far the best letting agent I've rented from. The application process was smooth and communication was good throughout. When I was a tenant I only had a couple of maintenance issues and both were responded to quickly and resolved in a timely manner. When leaving the premises the move out process was simple and I had my full deposit returned quickly. I'd highly recommend renting via Hackney and leigh if you have the opportunity
