Great experience with Ferndown Estate Agents. From the first time Adam showed us around the property to the purchasing of the property the support was brilliant. Charlotte was amazing. She was friendly, she kept us informed, explained everything we didn’t understand, she helped us every step of the way. I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.
