GoogleTop rate service from Dominique and her team. I am so glad that I switched to F & C. Communication was excellent throughout. Dominique's experience and knowledge was invaluable. Every viewing was with a sound potential buyer, there were no time wasters. I received prompt, helpful feedback after every viewing. All of the team - Lara, Matt and Mitch were helpful and efficient. I have sold six properties over the years and this was definitely the best experience I have had with an estate agent. Highly recommended.

GoogleFantastic estate agents. Our house sold within 3 weeks of being on the market thanks to Paul’s hard work, no viewing or queries was too much trouble. After the sale, Liv was also just as helpful, answering questions and chasing any issues instantaneously, maintaining contact at all times. As a team they worked exceptionally hard to achieve a quick sale. We are very grateful for all their hard work and happy that we chose this company to sell with, would certainly use again in the future and highly recommend!

GoogleVery professional service all around! I was having trouble selling my house in Appleby and decided to change my estate agent in a bid to get things moving. Hackney and Leigh have been very easy to work with so far; they gave an honest and fair assessment of the houses value, were very quick to advertise the house on social media, put up sign posts etc (which the previous agent had not done) and were getting viewers in within a week of putting the place up for sale. Fingers crossed but within a month we have a buyer and a fair price after waiting for months beforehand just to get people through the door! I appreciate Hackney and Leigh's advice and expertise in getting the house sold, especially Gill, Emily and Sarah for their help! 😁

GoogleExcellent service, the staff at the Keswick office were outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble for them. We were kept updated with relevant information on regular basis. I would certainly use them again in future if we ever decide to move again. Highly recommend.

GoogleUnprofessional agents stating incorrect legal clauses. Poor communication. I will not be buying an estate or selling with them in the future. I will be contacting sellers directly making offers that exclude this agent.

GoogleNot able to sell my property in 2025 so changed to another agent and sold within 2 weeks . But it’s now springing 2026 with more buyers about . Very little communication once the agreement of sale was signed as staff changes .
