GooglePaul and his team are fantastic. (In particular we dealt with Paul and Maria and they were both absolutely brilliant.) They helped us every step of the way with selling our property and they were always there for us when we needed them. They are incredibly professional, they know the local market, and they really do go above and beyond, answering calls and responding to messages 24/7. Our sale fell through at one point (no fault of theirs) and thanks to their diligence, they had our advert back up within hours and found us a new buyer within weeks, meaning we were able to keep our onward purchase. We can't recommend them highly enough and we definitely made the right decision choosing them for our sale!

GooglePaul and Maria couldn’t have been more helpful when we sold our house through George Edward’s. Paul’s expertise and knowledge of the market meant we sold our house within weeks and actually received more than we expected in what was a very turbulent time in the market. We will be recommending them to everyone we know and will be definitely using them for any future moves!

HI Simon, I'm really sorry you've felt the need to leave a two star review. As one of our tenants we have tried tirelessly to deal with all the issues you have raised, and continue to try and find solutions for you. We inspect the communal space on a weekly basis and haven't been able to have confirmation from any of the other tenants to the issues you are currently facing. We are aware of needing a one way valve on an extractor to reduce kitchen smells when others are cooking, as this became apparent to us just before Christmas and isn't classed as an emergency, the contractor hasn't yet been able to go out. We have also offered to allow you to break the tenancy early at no cost to yourself, an offer which still stands should you feel you would be better suited elsewhere. Again sorry you are unhappy with the situation but do not feel the rating is fair reflection of how we have dealt with the situation Your Sincerely, Paul

GoogleI had problems with selling my home with a different agency, Paul and his team went above and beyond to help me purchase my next one through his agency by helping me with my agency too. Didnt know they would do that, wish he had been my agent for the sale! If i move again he will be my absolutely be my agent! They were also incredibly helpful with the purchase of my new home, vendor paperwork was missing and they had helpful and timely suggestions and phone numbers to put things right. Their team is both knowledgeable and helpful. I will come back to them if i move again.

GoogleGreat experience from the start even though house sale fell through. Great to meet Ian and Adam at the start to discuss money and all processes then for Adam to do a great job with the pictures. Once house sale going through we were then dealing with a lovely lady called Charlotte. I must say what a pleasure she is to deal with and a big asset to the company. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her always willing to help and very friendly polite and courteous. Have recommended Ferndown to several people and would recommend again in future. Great job even over nearly 12 months we were dealing with them.

GoogleNot the first time I have used Ferndowns to sell a property There service in my opinion is fantastic, they really could not have done enough for us. Costs all clearly explained and communication was fantastic all the way through I really can’t speak any highly of the team they were wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them Thank you guys I appreciate all your hard work that each of you put in.

GoogleFrom the initial phone call to the dropping off of our keys Ferndown were exceptional. Ian and the team were all always willing to help. They all made what is said to be a stressful time pretty seamless. Having not moved in 23 years it was an overwhelming task made super easy by an amazing and experienced team! Would 100% use them to sell our property should we ever decide to move again!

GoogleI have dealt with many Estate Agents over the last twenty years. Ferndown are leaps ahead of any other agent I have dealt with, in their professionalism, attention to detail and their caring attitude. They are a very rare organisation in these days. The customer comes first and they mean it. What I was most impressed that as my sale moved through the process, each member of the team knew where my sale was and who I was. Their back office CRM system is very impressive. Particular shout out to Charlotte. Her professionalism and caring attitude were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this organisation

GoogleIt was a pleasure coming across the agent. The online presentation was the best I'd seen thus far. My dealings with the team (Mlak,Adam,Charlotte etc)?, they were thorough, professional, proactive and prompt. Ever ready to assist and were never patronising. Will remember this company whenever their services would be needed in the future...
