GoogleWe purchased our property through H&L and they have been both professional, helpful, understanding and when things appeared to be "sticking"were happy to prod the necessary people involved. The two members of staff who showed us around were very patient and had a sense of humour. Hayley and Shannen have been very good, keeping us informed and contacting both solicitors when we were despairing! Thank-you H&L

GoogleWould highly recommend Hackney & Leigh to sell your property. All the staff are professional and nothing is too much trouble. Also love the 7 days a week accompanied viewing options. The staff provide regular updates and feedback ensuring the selling process runs smoothly. Hayley at the Kendal office, in particular has a wealth of knowledge and friendly manner to deal with. Would not hesitate to use in future.

A very honest appraisal, enabled me to achieve the price I wanted and the sale progressed within 11 weeks from accepting the offer to completion. May I also strongly recommend Kilvington Solicitors in Kirkby Stephen who were competitively priced, efficient, courteous, and verry diligent.

GoogleOur experience of selling our house through Hackney and Leigh’s Penrith office has really been exceptional. From the start we felt listened too, and were given a lot of freedom as to how our property was presented. Our sale was complicated as it involved a very difficult third party, again how that was dealt with by both the Penrith Office and the wider expertise within H&L was outstanding. Hi Annamarie, I’m sorry you have responded in this way. Legally when you are a tenant there are steps we have to take in situations like this which we have advised you throughout this whole process. We are in the final steps of having everything resolved and I know it hasn’t been at a pace you have liked, however it doesn’t stop the legal obligations we have to follow.
