GoogleFerndown have been amazing. This was my first time buying alone and right from the start the support you get from everyone is just amazing. After sales Charlotte and Enzo were happy to assist with any of my queries, regardless how small they thought they were, but keeping me reassured all the way, even with my wobbles. I would highly recommend Ferndown to all as they make you feel like you are the only customer they have, and truly offer you all the personal service which ever end you are, I was a buyer, but should it come to it, I will be using these to sell in the future. Thank you all at Ferndown for everything, especially the keyring!

GoogleWorked with Charlotte for the most part, she was lovely throughout the whole process and helped settle our nerves and fears multiple times. Every other staff member was just as helpful when working with us and they all made the process easier for all of us. Thank you Ferndown!

GoogleH&L in Penrith dealt with a probate sale for us. I dealt mainly with Jane and Jill who were both friendly,professional and approachable. The process was smooth until near the end when I felt more chasing could have been done to head towards completion. The office kept us informed of offers and gave advice along the way. All in all I would recommend the Penrith office for house sales-thank you
