GoogleGreat Service, Friendly, Informative and Professional at all times. Especially the ladies in the Barnard Castle Branch Katherine, Marie and Vicky. If I had to single anyone out for special praise it would have to be Vicky, who went above and beyond what was expected, in a professional and friendly manner at all times. They were representing the people we were buying a house from and although we were on the receiving end of their prompting for information to assist their client with a prompt sale. GoogleWe recently sold a house through the Barnard castle office and purchased another from the same office. The team of Catherine, Vicky and Sophie made the whole process of buying and selling so easy and stress free! They are all very efficient and so professional and yet have the time to be genuinely helpful and friendly in their approach, nothing is ever too much bother. FacebookJust reading about a long term renter being threatened with eviction even though she says she hasn’t missed paying rent ever !?
The government has made it illegal for landlords to evict tenants during this time. So I think the landlord is on a sticky wicket with that one.

There are company procedures and government legislation that our staff have to follow when letting a property, particularly around Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and references. We pride ourselves on taking our customers through these policies in a professional and helpful manner. In light of your comments, we will review our staff training.

FacebookI was pleasantly surprised from the very start. My husband and I dealt with the Stokesley office to arrange our viewing. Both woman (Erica and Elizabeth) were so lovely and polite with us at each stage, giving us support and keeping everything positive. Peter was very patient during our appointments to view, even putting up with my extended family. Peter was also polite and helpful throughout each visit. We were impressed with the completion team service as this is not something we have experienced before. Jacqui from the completion team has been a ray of sunshine, keeping in touch at every stage and extremely helpful. Jacqui has gone above and beyond for ourselves, stepping in to assist with many issues including those with our Solicitor. We have been extremely grateful for everyone's assistance in the purchase of our new home and I am so excited to be receiving the keys today! We can't thank you enough for making this an enjoyable experience. xx

FacebookAn exceptional service all round. Fantastic professional support from start to finish in selling my house. It was sold within 2 weeks of them marketing it after 7 months being on with another agent. There was extreme time constraints put on us by the circumstances of where we were buying and gsc's went above and beyond to make sure everything happened as quickly and smoothly as possible at every stage of the process. They were ALWAYS available when we needed them right up to moving day. We couldn't have asked for a better service. I would highly recommended these agents to anyone wanting to sell their house.

FacebookA very disappointing and unprofessional service . It has taken you two weeks to inform us that we were unsuccessful with renting one of your properties . However we found this out ourselves via the powers of social media ,the courtesy of a letter or phone call weeks ago would have been appreciated .Hopefully you will change your procedures accordingly and obviously we will not pursue renting our property out with yourselves .

The Trusted AgentVery poor service
Do not use this estate agent. We initially went with GSC Grays to sell our home, after months on the market we had heard nothing from them regarding potential buyers. However, by chance we had a potential buyer knock on our front door informing us they had tried to make a viewing appointment but did not hear back from agent (despite contacting them on 3 different occasions). When we finally spoke to the agent he informed us that he had been trying to negotiate other deals on more expensive properties and would get round to dealing with ours in turn - not happy with service. In summary, if you are selling a 1 million plus home I am sure they would offer a good service, for us other folk don't expect too much "as they will get round to dealing with us in turn".
