The service we received from Harriet and Amy was top class, with excellent communication around appointments, making the offer, arranging additional visits etc. In addition, having a central team in Barnard Castle to hand-hold once the offer had been accepted really helped the transaction to land smoothly. We had previously been on the market for over 6 months with a different agent and had a poor experience leaving us disillusioned and stressed. We subsequently engaged Graham after being impressed by his knowledge of the market and his thoughtful, strategic approach. Importantly he considered our property as an individual rather than one of many in his stock. We sold within 2 weeks of going back on the market with GSC Grays after having several viewings with credible potential buyers (i.e. no time wasters). It was clear to us that the team had done a good job in working with potential buyers to ensure they had a good understanding of our property before the visit.
