GoogleWe've received great service from Richard & his team. Communication has been excellent throughout in this "Covid befuddled" year. Our original sale fell through after lockdown 1 and our second sale has taken 14 weeks due to pressures on conveyancers & surveyors. GTH have remained positive & pro-active throughout. GoogleWe found a property whilst we were across the Atlantic and GTH managed to get all of the relevant paperwork and information to us as we had no idea, due to lockdown when we would be able to get back home to the UK. Miranda was able to get our offer accepted before going off on furlough. Chloe took over and has been absolutely marvellous. We are not local to Dorset so negotiating items to purchase which could have been very difficult for us, was made very simple and dealt with beautifully by Chloe.
