Arranged for a viewing and drove 20 miles to get there, no one from GTH turned up to meet up us, repeated calls to the office and no answer and not even taking messages. Sent and email also as advised to and still no response 24 hours later. GTH helped us through a difficult time in the sale of my late parents home. A previous agent had taken 4 months to do very little and by that time we were worried that we would never get sold. Katie expertly photographed the property. Others in the team; Lisa, Sally and Hayley were all on hand when we needed advice and sometimes just plain old fashioned reassurance!
